There may be some regions where we are unable to provide delivery. All international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia if you choose to return your order for any reason. If your parcel is not deliverable or not collected and is sent back to us in as new condition, we will refund the value of the goods only and not the shipping cost.
