Orders shipping within Australia are delivered within 1-3 business days via free express shipping. All taxes and duties are included in your order total.
Orders shipping to New Zealand are delivered within 2-5 business days via free express shipping. Duties and taxes are not included and will be payable at checkout.
Orders shipping to the United States are delivered within 3-10 business days at a flat rate of $20 AUD. Duties and taxes are not included and will be payable at checkout.
Orders shipping to all other countries are delivered within 3-10 business days at a flat rate of $30 AUD. Duties and taxes are not included and will be payable at checkout.
ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Care team (info@rocboots.com). Large or unusual orders may require additional processing time.
DISPATCH & TRACKING
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
• Home or business address delivery (9am–5pm business days)
• Parcel Point delivery for after-hours collection (where available)
• “Leave Without Signature” may be selected at checkout.
Parcels left unattended are delivered at the customer’s risk. ROC Boots Australia is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia. To avoid unexpected charges on delivery, duties and taxes for eligible destinations can be paid at checkout.
If an international order is returned due to non-collection or non-delivery and is received in new condition, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods only. Shipping costs and associated fees are non-refundable.
