Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Once we receive your items, and we inspect, we will refund you the total cost of product only.

All returns must be lodged within 30 days from receiving your order.
All items must be returned in unworn condition and original unmarked packaging.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
A $10 AUD return postage fee will be deducted from refunds. Returns for store credit or exchanges are free.
NEW ZEALAND RETURNS
A $30 AUD return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund.*Store Credit is free. Exchanges not available.
UNITED STATES RETURNS
A $20 AUD return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund.*Store Credit is free. Exchanges not available.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES RETURNS
Store credit and exchanges are not available. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Item/s marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, unless in the event of them being faulty.
Sale Items
Sale items reduced from their original full price and not marked as “Final Sale” are accepted for returns with a full refund or exchange for an available item.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Items damaged by wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care are not considered faulty.
