SHIPPING POLICY

CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order and we have accepted it, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact info@rocboots.com. Large or unusual orders may require additional time.

TRACKING

When we have despatched your parcel, we will send you an email with delivery tracking details so you can follow it's journey!

ITEM RECEIPT

You can opt for “Leave without Signature” option, to have your parcel left unattended at your designated delivery address if you are not home. This delivery option DOES NOT require signature on delivery, and the order will be left at your address unattended. ROC Boots Australia does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after the delivery is confirmed by our courier company. You select this delivery option at your own risk.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

You can choose to send your parcel to a Home or Business address where someone will be available to accept your delivery between 9am-5pm on working days, or choose a Parcel Point location that suits for after hours pick up at your convenience.

FREE EXPRESS POST DELIVERY FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN & NZ ORDERS

Next working day delivery is available for all Australian orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays) to Capital Cities. Please note that Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery to rural areas. All orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will be despatched the following working day.
Please allow up to 2-5 working day delivery for all NZ orders.

INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE $40.00 AUD PER ORDER

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched. Most orders should be delivered within 3-10 working days after despatch. There may be some regions where we are unable to provide delivery. All international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia if you choose to return your order for any reason. If your parcel is not deliverable or not collected and is sent back to us in as new condition, we will refund the value of the goods only and not the shipping cost. It is recommended that you contact your local Customs office for further information.

DELIVERY TYPE

At ROC Boots Australia we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible! FREE SHIPPING for all orders to Australia & NZ, via Express Post. Delivery within Australia is usually between 1-3 working days from the time of order, NZ between 2-5 working days from time of order. For all other International orders a flat rate of $40.00 AUD applies per order. Overseas orders usually take around 3-10 days depending on your location.
