DELIVERY OPTIONS

At ROC Boots, our aim is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following return options available, all returns must be lodged within 30 days from receiving your order. All items must be returned in unworn condition and original unmarked packaging. Please send your ROC Boots back with a completed Returns Form. Customs, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia if you choose to return your order.

STORE CREDIT / FREE RETURNS

We happily accept returns of your products for a store credit. If you would like a store credit, please lodge your free return through our Australian Post Returns portal and select Store Credit. The cost of the return is covered by ROC. Please complete the Returns Form which is inside the shoe box or download the form. Once we receive your return and the product is inspected, we will send you an email with a gift card code which you can apply at check out on your next ROC purchase. The store credit gift card is equal to the cost of product and is valid for 12 months. Customers returns are only received via Australia Post. Please follow the below link.

FREE EXCHANGE

Exchanges are available for change of alternate size of the same product only. If there’s no size available, then we will send you a store credit gift card which is equal to the cost of product and is valid for 12 months. Please lodge your free returns through our Australian Post Returns portal and select Exchange. The cost of the return will be covered by ROC. Please complete the Returns Form which is inside the shoe box or download the form. Please clearly mark on the Returns Form the Product & Size you wish to exchange for. Once we have received your product back and inspected, we will arrange and send your exchange out to you within 4 business days.

CUSTOMER COST

If you are unsatisfied with your items, we are happy to refund you for the cost of the product. If you would like to arrange a return, please follow the Australian Post Portal below and select Refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return. Please complete the Returns Form which is inside the shoe box or download the form. Once we have received your product back and inspected, we will process your refund. We will refund you the cost of the product only.

REFUND - $30 AUD RETURN FEE. Refunds available for our US & NZ customers. If you would like to return your items please follow the DHL Portal below to arrange your product returns and please select Refund. Please complete the Returns Form which is inside the shoe box or download the form. Once we have received your product back and inspected, we will process your refund for the cost of the product minus $30 AUD Return Fee. Please currently allow a 4-6 week for return processing.

STORE CREDIT - NOT AVAILABLE. EXCHANGE - NOT AVAILABLE. REFUND - CUSTOMER COST. All Customers shopping outside of Australia/USA/NZ are responsible for the cost of return freight. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier, we encourage opting for tracked shipping. Once we receive your items, and we inspect, we will refund you the total cost of product only. Returns must be posted back to our returns address with your completed Returns Form. Customs, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia. All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale Items can be exchanged for alternative size of the same product only.
