JUMBUK II

These boots are great, but there was some confusion along the way. I originally ordered a size 41 in black going off another pair of boots I had tried on previously, but when they arrived they were definitely way too big. I ended up getting a size 41 in black buff which fit perfectly. The customer service representative I spoke to explained that depending on what the box says (Jumbuk II or Jumbuk III) the sizing will be different and right now they have stock of Jumbuk III in black but Jumbuck II in black buff. Normally I am a size 40, but in Jumbuk II the sizing is a size smaller than normal, Jumbuk III runs true to size. I think maybe that could be advertised a bit better because otherwise how do you know what shoe you are getting, but overall I am happy with the product and happy with the kind and efficient communication from the team at ROC.
